Two exclusive World of Warcraft mounts, the Blazing Royal Fire Hawk and the Golden Ashes of Al'ar, are debuting in China on January 15th. These mounts are reimagined versions of the incredibly rare Pureblood Fire Hawk and Ashes of Al'ar, respectively.

These new mounts are obtainable through separate promotions within WoW China. The Blazing Royal Fire Hawk, reminiscent of the Pureblood Fire Hawk, boasts auspicious clouds within its wings while in flight, a nod to Chinese culture and symbolism. The Golden Ashes of Al'ar, a gilded variation of the original, features a black saddle and evocative flavor text referencing Kael'thas Sunstrider.

The Blazing Royal Fire Hawk is acquired through a "Treasure Workshop" event, details of which remain limited. The Golden Ashes of Al'ar is a reward from Landro's Loot Box, a ¥200 (approximately $27 USD) crate containing one of eight items. Other potential rewards include the X-51 Nether Rocket X-TREME and the Swift Spectral Tiger. Group purchases offer bonus crates based on spending thresholds.

While currently exclusive to WoW China, the possibility of an international release remains open. For now, players outside China can only appreciate these magnificent mounts from afar. The mounts will be usable in both retail and Classic WoW in China.
