Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration Event Explained

The Marvel Rivals Winter event kicked off on December 20, 2024, and will run until January 9, 2025. During this festive period, players can dive into a holiday-themed card featuring winter-themed rewards for Jeff the Land Shark, including a spray, profile banner, emote, and a new skin. To unlock these free items, players must collect Gold and Silver Frost by completing Winter Challenges, which involve playing the limited-time Winter game mode, Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.

In Jeff's Winter Splash Festival, an arcade-style game mode, players are limited to using Jeff the Land Shark in 4v4 team matches. Inspired by the Splatoon series, the objective is to paint the terrain with your primary fire, collaborating with your team to cover the most area. The team that paints the highest percentage of the terrain at the end of the match emerges victorious.
