You can purchase this expansion at the **Carpenter’s Shop** located in the Eastern Road area. It's available from your first year in town, but there are specific progress requirements you need to meet.

To unlock the purchase, you must elevate the town to **Rank 55** by accumulating enough Renown points. Additionally, you'll need to complete the **Stone Refinery repair quest** to gather some of the necessary materials, which also requires reaching Town Rank 55. First, you need **40,000 Tesserae** to cover the cost. This amount will take time to gather, so focus on activities like mining, fishing, and completing quests. Regularly visit the Mines, fish whenever you can, and donate new items to the Museum to accumulate Tesserae.

Next, you'll require **50 x Refined Stone**. To get this, you must repair the **Stone Refinery**, which you can only do after reaching Town Rank 55 and repairing the **Inn** beforehand.
