The Flare Knife is an early-game acquisition. Upon reaching Level 003 Code Clearance, visit Zakka in The Warren. This vendor offers a range of combat items, including the Flare Knife, purchasable for 3,000 Entitlement Points.

Equipping the Flare Knife is straightforward. Access the Loadout menu within the Personal Responsibility Portal and select an available Combat Item slot. The Flare Knife will be listed if purchased, ready for deployment.
