CD Projekt RED has recently rolled out an exciting update for Cyberpunk 2077, bringing not just a slew of fixes but also integrating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology. This update marks a significant enhancement for players, especially those with high-end hardware.
A standout feature of this update is the introduction of DLSS 4 support, which will be a game-changer for GeForce RTX 50 graphics card owners starting January 30th. This technology promises to generate multiple extra frames, enhancing the gaming experience with smoother gameplay. Moreover, DLSS 4 accelerates the creation of an additional frame on both RTX 50 and 40 series cards, all while being more memory-efficient.
For all GeForce RTX graphics card users, the update offers a choice between the traditional convolution neural network model and the innovative transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. Opting for the transform model can lead to superior lighting, enhanced detail, and more stable images, significantly improving visual quality.
The update also addresses several technical issues. Interference and crashes that occurred when DLSS ray reconstruction was enabled have been resolved, and the "Frame Creation" parameter now updates correctly after resolution scaling is disabled.
This update not only refines the gameplay experience but also pushes the boundaries of what's possible with current graphics technology, making Cyberpunk 2077 an even more immersive and visually stunning experience.
