Pokémon TCG Pocket is set to release the highly anticipated Celestial Guardians expansion this month. Launching globally on April 30th, 2025, players will immerse themselves in the breathtaking Alola region, basking under the sun and moonlit skies.

What’s New in Pokémon TCG Pocket Celestial Guardians Expansion?

The Celestial Guardians expansion introduces two brand-new digital booster packs, led by the legendary Pokémon Solgaleo and Lunala. Fans of Lillie’s journey will be delighted to see familiar faces from that era joining the lineup.

Collectors will rejoice at the extensive offerings within this expansion, featuring over 200 cards, including powerful Pokémon ex such as Solgaleo ex and Lunala ex. Additionally, the expansion marks the debut of Alola’s iconic starter Pokémon—Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio—on the Pocket app platform.

What Are the Events?

From April 30th at 06:00 a.m. UTC to May 13th at 05:59 a.m. UTC, players can engage in solo battles to earn exclusive promo cards. One standout card is Rayquaza ex, the legendary dragon.

Special missions will run simultaneously from April 30th until May 29th at 05:59 a.m. UTC, offering another version of Rayquaza ex, along with additional accessories and rewards.

Mark your calendars for the Half-Year Celebration, kicking off on April 29th at 11:00 p.m. PDT, just ahead of the expansion launch.

Solo battles will distribute Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7 boosters until May 12th, featuring the coveted Rayquaza ex card. Missions will continue through May 28th.
