FlexTour: Streamlining Haulage with the FlexDanmark App

FlexTour, developed in collaboration between Partex Data and FlexDanmark, is a free app designed to simplify the lives of Flextrafik drivers. This app integrates directly with FlexDanmark, providing seamless communication across all transport companies.

Key benefits for truck drivers include:

• Easy Setup & Use: The free app installs easily on phones or tablets, making onboarding quick and efficient for both new and temporary drivers. No expensive GPS box installation is required.

• Automated Dispatch: Driving assignments are automatically received from Flextrafik and delivered directly to the driver's FlexTour app.

• Smart Features: The app intelligently organizes addresses, offers navigation via Google Maps (using addresses or coordinates), allows direct customer calls, and includes a "call-me-up" function for the transport company. Position data is automatically tracked.

• Enhanced Communication: Easily report corrections to the transport company (additional purchase required). The app is fully compliant with the latest AMQ communication standards from FlexDanmark.

• Optional Add-ons: Additional features, available as in-app purchases, include fleet management and the ability to send journeys from the booking office to one or more carriage races, even those not linked to a carriage race via Trafikselskab.

• Complete Mobility: Maintain full functionality even when picking up clients from locations like hospitals or nursing homes.
