Passengers must present their active electronic ticket on their phone to a transport official or driver upon request for fare verification.

Your e-ticket remains valid until you reach the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Past travel history is available under "Travel details."

Reasons a payment from your phone balance might fail:

- The number is a corporate line.

- An outstanding trust payment is pending.

- The balance has not been topped up since the number was purchased.

- The initial balance provided with the SIM has not been exhausted.

- The SIM card was replaced within the last 24 hours.

Passengers can open a free virtual transport card in the app. Self-service registration is available for regular and student cards. For other subsidized virtual cards, please visit a service office with the required documents.

You can top up your virtual transport card by its number directly within this mobile app or through other applications like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (Homebank), and others.

System permissions used by the app:

1) Camera - To scan QR codes and enable the QR scan button functionality.

2) Location - To accurately display city maps, automatically detect your bus for easy fare payment (by matching GPS locations of the passenger and bus), and to build routes from your current location to any destination. You can set locations on the map or enter text addresses. The routing algorithm includes transfer information.
