The 2025 Oscar nominations for the 97th Academy Awards have been revealed, and Emilia Pérez is leading the charge with an impressive 13 nominations, marking it as the most nominated non-English language film in the history of the Oscars.

On January 23, Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang announced the nominations in a live presentation streamed on the Oscars YouTube channel. Jacques Audiard's gripping Spanish crime thriller, Emilia Pérez, secured nods in key categories such as Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Lead Actress, with Karla Sofía Gascón vying for the latter.

Not far behind, Wicked and The Brutalist each garnered 10 nominations, while Conclave and A Complete Unknown each earned eight.
